Why don't you accept tipping?I know, this sounds crazy, we do not accept tips! I base my prices on experience and talent, so I don't have to rely on tips. If you had an exceptional service, I appreciate reviews!

What is your cancellation policy?Appointments cancelled before 48 hours notice will be penalized. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours noticed may be charged 50% of the session fee. Appointments cancelled same day will be charged 100% of the session fee with card on file.

Why is there session pricing and what does that mean?Session pricing at the salon is also known as time-based pricing. You book for the allotted time it will take to cut and/or color your hair rather than booking for a service and running into the problem of having to pay extra for more color. There is a suggestion guide when booking an appointment for what service you might need. If you arent sure, no problem! Just message me on instagram with your hair goals and inspiration photos!

What products do you use?At the salon I mainly use Innersense, which is non-toxic, clean, free of sulfates, parabens, silicones, and more! We believe in fewer, better ingredients in your day to day use. I evaluate which products will best help your hair during our service and would love to give you recommendations!
